Logitech M510 Lags Across Screen Fixed
Hey Folks,
For months I have been dealing with my Logitech M510 mouse lagging across the screen, literally I would have to sweep the mouse up to 5 times to get it across the screen. After searching for hours I never found any solutions online, I did however figure it out and fix the issue, this is what I did.
Step 1. Went to Device Manager and uninstalled the HID Mouse then uninstalled the Logitech Mouse.
Step 2. Unplugged the Logitech wireless USB drive and reinserted into the USB port.
Step 3. Used a cue tip to clean out the laser lens under the mouse, (I sprinkled some 92% isopropyl on my cue tip first then cleaned the laser lens.) Then I used the dry end of the cue tip to dry out the laser lens.
Step 4. Used canned air to finish the drying process.
Now my mouse works perfect again!
