I purchased a Newco brewer from Essential Wonders. After a defective unit arrived, I am now being treated to a nightmare of an experience in attempting to return this pot. I have been threatened several times by the proprietor, Matt, and I recommend that ANYONE considering purchasing this type of equipment LOOK ELSEWHERE!
